We know how much time and care goes into planning your special event. Our mission is to take serving breakfast off of your hands. We serve delicious, “grab and go” style breakfast from our food cart. This means that your guests will select their breakfast burrito of choice from our team at the cart and receive it immediately. Leaving more time for guests to enjoy a great meal and each other’s company!

Bend Breakfast Burrito was started in February 2021 by Trent and Valerie Hilton. Using their combined 30+ years in the restaurant industry, they created a simple yet delicious menu of breakfast burritos and became a Bend local favorite. You can currently find our
food cart located in some of Bend’s best locations (currently at Boss Rambler Coffee on the west side). We at Bend Breakfast Burrito believe in quality ingredients prepared with care balanced with fast, friendly service. We love serving breakfast from our food cart at both our permanent location and your special catered events!
