Hi! I’m Josh. I’m a coffee nerd who started Velar Coffee as a way to share thoughtfully crafted specialty coffee with the Central Oregon community. I love meeting new people, dreaming up drinks that surprise people, and constantly refining every detail of the coffee I serve.

I believe the coffee bar should feel like more than just another vendor, it should become a place where guests gather, slow down, and enjoy a memorable moment together. Whether it’s a perfectly textured latte before the ceremony or a handcrafted espresso during the reception, I want every cup to add something special to your day.

Every drink is crafted by hand using locally roasted coffee, homemade all-natural syrups, and an uncompromising attention to detail. From perfectly balanced espresso drinks to elegant signature lattes, my goal is to create an experience that feels warm, intentional, and beautifully executed for every guest.

Whether I’m serving an intimate mountain elopement or a full wedding reception, I focus on genuine hospitality, seamless service, and exceptional quality. I work closely with couples and planners to ensure the coffee bar complements the style and atmosphere of the day, giving guests a moment they’ll remember long after the last dance.
